Foreign Movie Review Form - English Lesson

Here is a film review I have to hand out in Korean university classes. Students love to watch and review movies. It makes a good homework assignment. Ask students to review the foreign film. Lazy student will review the film from his own language. Students must register at the beginning of the film states they will review. This prevents copying, another problem with lazy students.

I gave this task to a few classes and found that the majority of students do not understand the concept of subtitles, but they do not understand the text or subtext as these are the words that are used to send SMS messages to mobile phones (cell or handphones) . Therefore, these subtitles should be explained in class before you send them off to inspect. Other students mistakenly wrote down this year, not the movie was released. Occasionally, the film was shot in more than one language and more than one country. Explain that too. Generally the task is well done, but many students to cheat by downloading a copy of the English-language hits are considered on the Internet. Explain at the beginning must use their own writing.
